Access to GoogleForms Work-Around
Despite setting the forms to “Access for all”, some users have difficulty accessing the form and are asked to log in each time. This is a BUG in the google system which is yet to be resolved (http://www.google.co.uk/support/forum/p/Google+Docs/thread?tid=6a70db1cb1eab4e8&hl=en).
To access the spreadsheet seemlessly, you need a particular cookie that should be automatically downloaded when you visit certain google sites. So, if you cannot access the sheet you require, follow these steps:
1. Copy the link address of the googleform you need to access
2. Visit the following website which will automatically download the cookie you require (if you are currently logged into a gmail account this may not be so straightforward so make sure you are logged out for this stage):
http://www.google.co.uk/ig?hl=en
3. Within the same browser window paste the spreadsheet link
You should now be able to access the spreadsheet. This workaround seems to work for Explorer 7, Chrome and FireFox.
